We strive to provide you with high-quality customized products.

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. However, please note that all returns are subject to validation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Misprints, Missing, Damage, or Unacceptable Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately in the event of misprints, missing items, or the receipt of goods deemed unacceptable. We offer a reshipment of the affected items at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer support team at info@thevintagestitch.co to report any issues. Provide detailed information about the issue and, if applicable, attach clear photos to assist us in the resolution process. Once this is validated, we will provide you the next step. We aim to make it right.


Customization and Final Sales:

Due to the unique and personalized nature of our customized products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds for customized items once the order has been processed.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refund Process:

Refunds will not be issued for any customized products. Our commitment is to provide a replacement for any misprints, missing items, or goods deemed unacceptable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
